Home Feb. 4, 2011: Rector, the South Federal University issues the Resolution on initiating cooperation of the University with the south-Russia’s Branch of the International Academy of Energy Information Sciences and to set up the INFRAS Laboratory of Research in Non-Standard Risk Factors (NSRF)* in Architecture and Construction at the Department of Housing and Public Structures of the Institute of Architecture and Arts of the South Federal University. The key obvjective of INFRAS Lab is to perform research and practical works, lectures and workshops, commissions in the wide range of architectural and construction ecology, architectural forms basing on the latest developments in the monitoring and control of NSRFs in the field of architecture and construction
*NSRF (non-standard risk factors): energy-information natural and anthropogenic factors that influence human well-being, performance, stress immunity as well as building materials and structures.
