1.  Study of land lots for GAS and NSRF.

1.1 Works are performed on a lot for agricultural purposes (gardening, grazing etc.) free from infrastructure. Basic study: preparation of the passport of the lot with recommendations of how to eliminate NSRF. Study is organoleptic or instrumental. The unit price is 1,000 rubles per hectare. Second study: selective analysis for the purpose of monitoring changes in  NSRF dynamics in time with entries in the passport; frequency as per the schedule stated in the passport. Unit price: 500 rubles per hectare. Expert’s extra fee: 20 rubles per km.

1.2  A land lot destined for construction and technological needs (housing, public, manufacturing, pipeline, cable, air-wire communication  etc.) is studied  to avoid accidents due to NSRF impact on the structures, equipment  and people, living or working in the area. Also studied are the lots for agricultural purposes: cattle and fowl breeding, beekeeping, grazing fields in order to minimize deseases and increase productivity. 

Basic study: preparation of the passport of the lot with recommendations of how to eliminate NSRF. Study is organoleptic or instrumental. The unit prices is 20 rubles per sq. m, the minimal fee is 10,000 rubles. The value of the second study is 10 rubles per sq. m.

Outside Rostov, expert’s fee is 350 rubles.  Extra fee is 20 rubles per km.

2. NSRF analysis of manufacturing facilities and public structures

2.1. Analyzed are public and manufacturing buildings and structures, transportation, communication and power lines. The basic study also  includes  preparation of the passport of the lot with recommendations of how to eliminate NSRF. Study is made organoleptically  or instrumentally. The unit prices is 100 rubles per sq. m, the minimal fee is 10,000 rubles per location. The secondary studies: selective analysis for the purpose of monitoring changes in the local NSRF dynamics in time with relevant entries made  in the passport; the frequency of such studies is as per the schedule stated in the passport. The value of a secondary study is 60 rubles per sq.; the minimal fee is 6,000 per project.

Outside the Rostov limits, expert’s fee is 350 rubles plus  extra 20 rubles per km.

3. Study of NSRF impact on humans, animals and plants

Studied are lots, buildings and structures of agricultural, manufacturing and public purposes. Tested are field and garden plants, and also agricultural animals and fowl in view of their vulnerability to the local NSRF. Most promising seeds and seedlings for the area are selected.  Study is done organoleptically or instrumentally. The unit price is 500 rubles per class of plants and 1,500 rubles per breed of animals. Testing of humans is 1,000 rubles per person.

4. Research of the NSRF impact on buildings and structures

Studied are buildings and structures of agricultural, manufacturing and public purposes, including communications of all kinds. Research is made on the NSRF causes of destruction of the above objects  and the subsequent accidents and emergencies. The  value of the works is negotiable, depending on the scope and complexity of operations. All work is performed by means of instruments.

Tested are field and garden plants and also agricultural animals and fowl in view of their vulnerability to the local NSRF. Most promising seeds and seedlings for the area are selected.  Study is done organoleptically or instrumentally. The unit price is 500 rubles per class of plants and 1,500 rubles per breed of animals. Testing of humans is 1,000 rubles per person. The results and recommendations are entered in the NSRF Study Report or in the passport of the object.

5. The price of the preparation and issuance of  the NSRF Passport is already included in the total price of the works performed.

6. NSRF Study Report is drawn and issued on the completion of the research and availability of  the results and recommendations, and the passport of the object. Basing on the Report  the  NSRF Safety Certificate is issued. The price of operations is 1,000 per object.

7.  Search for underground water resources

The search is performed organoleptically or instrumentally within the limits of a designated lot. The passport of the object is not required. The unit price of works is 500 rubles per sq.m. of the area studied.

8. Design of buildings and communications in view of    NSRF.

Landscape and architectural design of buildings, structures and communications in view of NSRF and usage of energoactive materials and forms for human safety. The fee is negotiable and includes the price of the issuance of a  NSRF Safety Certificate of the object.
