1. Study of land lots for GAZs and linear structures (NSRF).

Works are performed on the lots with dachas, fruit or vegetable gardens, free from housing, or those intended for construction. Originally, a passport of the lot is issued along with recommendation on how to eliminate GAZs.  Works are performed organoleptically or instrumentally. The unit price is 20 rubles per sq. m. Minimal fee is 5,000 rubles per project. Secondary study is made to monitor the dynamics of GAZ changes in time with the results registered in the passport of the lot.

Monitoring is performed with the discreetness stated in the passport.  The unit price is 10 rubles per sq.m. Minimal fee is 3,000 rubles per project. Expert’s visit within the city of Rostov-na-Donu  is 350 rubles Outside Rostov, additional fee is  20 rubles per 1 km of travel.

2.  GAZ study of apartments and private houses

Originally, a passport of the dwelling is issued along with recommendation on how to eliminate GAZs.  Works are performed organoleptically or instrumentally. The unit price is 150 rubles per sq. m.  Secondary study is made to monitor the dynamics of GAZ changes in time with results registered in the passport of the lot. 3. Study  of GAZ effect on vegetation, animals and humans

Study is performed  on dacha and garden lots, in apartments and private dwellings. Orchard and vegetable plants, pets and cattle are tested in view of GAZ effect. Seeds and seedlings are recommended. Works are performed organoleptically or instrumentally. The unit price is 500 rubles per type of vegetation and  1,500 per animal breed. Testing of humans is 1,000 rubles per capita.

 4. GAZ impact on existing buildings and structures

Study is made on the causes and effects of destruction of  apartments and private houses, including dedicated communications due to NSRF. The fee is negotiable and is calculated depending on the volume and nature of the situation. The works are performed instrumentally with results and recommendations stated in a Study Report. Results may also be included in the passport of the dwelling, if available.

5. Issuance of the NSRF Passport of Structure.

The passport is issued for each work performed as per pp. 1 and 2. The fee is included in the total value of works.

6. Preparation  of  NSRF Study Report  and Issuance of NSRF Safety Certificate

The Report is prepared on the completion of the above works against the Passport of Structure and includes the results of the study and recommendations of eliminating  NSRF.

Basing on the NSRF Study Report, NSRF Safety Certificate is issued. The total fee for the works performed on a single structure is 1,000 rubles.

7. Detection of underground water resources

The work is performed organoleptically or instrumentally within the dedicated lot. The Passport of Structure is not important. The price of the works is 500 rubles per 1 sq.m of the area studied. Minimal feel is 10,000 rubles per a single water source.

8. Design of buildings and communications in view of NSRF

Landscape and architectural design if buildings, structures and communications in view of NSRF and with energoactive  forms and materials to ensure the safety of the project for the dweller. The price of the works here is negotiable and also includes the preparation and issuance of the NSRF Safety Certificate of the project.
